- Services or work orders will typically be delivered within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on complexity.
- Minor revisions are included within the service scope. Additional changes beyond initial delivery may incur extra charges.
- If the delivered work does not meet your expectations and you choose not to accept it, payment is still required for the completed work.
- Enrollment in online classes is binding. After payment and WhatsApp counseling, you will receive scheduled sessions via Google Meet or Zoom.
- Classes cannot be rescheduled without prior notice, and refunds are not provided after session access.
- Full payment or agreed advance must be received before services begin.

- Delays in payment may delay service delivery.
